JetBrains.dotMemory.Shell

Marker zone for all dotMemory code. Provides ability to turn off all components related to dotMemory at once. Doesn't require a license. Current apis do not allow to provide separate text for ConfigurableFeatureAttribute texts for different entry points, so the texts are customized for VS as it's the only entry point where this configuration feature is currently available.
